Oil Leak after doing the timing chain

im sure most will remember my changing the timing chain thread

well after about 1300 of perfect miles the car has developed and oil leak.

a fair large amount of oil

so took bumper and wheel arch lining off etc to get a better look, cleaned as best possible the oil away, filled the oil back up, ran the car and waited.

car ran for about 45 mins and not a single drop of oil came out, revved the car in an attempt to see what ws wrong and nothing.

now by luck I found this bolt was hand loose-

now im well aware of how luck we are not to have had a major issue with this bolt coming loose, but I did check and double check all bolts before putting the car back together.

anyway the bolt and thread was covered in oil, could this be the source of the oil leak? have I missed a seal or something out as there doesn't seem to be one behind the bolt?

Is there a way to lock this pulley so the bolt can be tightened?

Also the locking wheel nut key just fell apart in my hands how much are new ones?

you have to either lock the flywheel somehow, or else "shock" the bolt on with a hammer (some threadloc would help)
