no power after 2nd gear

Hi All,

I race a 1.0L K11 micra/march in a one make March class (standard)

I have done my exhaust and reflashed my ecu. I have great power on 1st and 2nd gears but after that the car is just a dog. i shift at 7500.

What should i look at for the missing power on 3rd gear..
