My Slow K11 Project

So since the sun was out today again i thought id sort out the throttle body as the car hesitates when reving,while at it i thought i'd give it a clean
So started by removing the throttle first

Bolts were a pain but got it out in the end

Re heated up the certain solder joints that needed doing

Hard to beleive but by just doing that the car drives and revs alot better now

Not update in a while due to busy at work but heres a few pics and updates..

Got jap sized plate made for the front and also a smiley sticker lol

Got some oem import nissan march wind deflectors,Test fitted:

back on the steelies..as i decided to refurb the rota's

In primer:

decided to go for a browny bronze..

Time to sort out the lips..

And done..

lips just need to be polished down with some good polish and will be looking better..

What bulb holders did you use for the indicator lights mate?

The new wheel colour stood out from a mile away,will be using it again on my next set of wheels as these ones i ended up selling lol so yeah this is how she's been sitting for a while now:

Time for a new clutch

yep took the whole engine out to change the clutch lol

The old clutch:

Went to see a mates new k11 the other day,thought id get a pic of them together

i got the spray paint from my local paint shop,gave them a code and they mix it up and stick it in a can for you,il get the paint code up,it was a fiat colour i think but will double check the label on the can and update

Damn! i didn't finish uploading the last couple of pics and updates i did before i sold her (regret it now)
anyways il just do it now even though i don't own her any more..
so gave her a good scrub and polish with some autoglym super resin polish

Then got hold of some oem super s 4 spokes at a price i couldn't argue with..thought id give them a quick refurbish and repaint,so it began..

Wet flatted them down ready for primer

Then on went the paint

Yes GREEN! lol

got bored of them after a week so painted them again in a dark grey

and that's where it all ended..had to sell up to free up some cash
