i got giventhis k10 about 2 months ago and have been doing odd little bits to it with my spare cash, iv done a few simple thing to it just wanted to show you lot to see what you make of it,
i didnt think it was to bad for free, cost me £500 to get through MOT and iv spent another aprox £150 on little bits to it,
i chopped the middle bit off the grill filled and painted,

when i got this car it had been broken into what looked like loads of times lol, the drivers side lock was destroyed, so i fitted central locking and took the locks out, and ino what your going to say what if the key fob runs out i still have the key hole in the boot so if i have to i can get through there.

the next thing i thought about doing was replacing the standard steels with something a bit more exiting but old school, but then i saw a thread on here of painted steels and i love them,

on the boot i have taken the numberplate lights off and replaces with two small bolt style LEDs above it and taken the wiper off, then filled and painted,

i had the idea one day of a strut brace for the rear and after looking all over ebay and the rest of the internet i couldn't find one to fit the k10 for a low price anyway, so i got my self a bit of steel and made one myself

because this is a complete budget car i got the very small sub from a cheap surround sound and made it fit under the ash tray and in front of the gear stick, i had to modify the plastic surround for the hand brake and gear stick so it sat lower so it wasn't obstructing the sub, i also shortened the shifter so there wasnt a gap between the end of the knob and the rubbery bit, also i added mp3 connectivity into it and fed the lead through the dash, but i made sure the tape/radio player still worked,

for the inside of the doors i cut the top piece of the door card off to expose the painted metal work then polished it, you may notice that the window winders are red, this is because when i got the car it didn't have any so i got 2 fanta tops and got them on there, also i picked up some speakers and put them in and painted the door handle winder and leaver to match the speakers, also on this photo you can see the rising sun logo on my filler cap still not sure about it but it took a while to paint so im leaving it for now,

the last thing so far i have done is lowered the car with the Controversial chopping springs method,
