my bashed-up micra!

Had my first accident on monday night, Oh joy!

I was going along a valley road just about to go round a blind corner and a bus was coming the other way and was slightly on my side of the road.

The bus bashed my wing mirror off and made a nice long dent along the drivers side door, bashed up the front wing, and i lost the 16V badge on the wing too

I haven't got any pics of the damage because i'm crap at uploading pics to my computer!

i've got it all sorted with the insurers now and my car is being repaired and i should get it back within the next few weeks. I've gotta pay 350 GBP/747 AUD insurance excess as the insurers reckon the accident was my fault.

Oh well, at least i'm not dead! LOL

That accident has really left a hole in my wallet as well as in my car!

I found out why that is. The bus company did not admit liability for the accident and therefore i get screwed over by 747 dollars! Oh well, s**t happens!

I'm sure your car can get repaired. Got any pics of your damaged micra?
