More "oomph"

Hello,

Looking for suggestions on what to do next. Have changed headunit to a Kenwood cd player (4x50W RMS).

Front speakers changed to some Kenwoods in door (http://www.kenwoodaudio.com/Singapo...Entertainment&SubCat=Speakers&Model=KFC-1759S) and have 6x9s in parcel shelf.

I would like a bit more "oomph" as I seem to be losing a lot of low end. Not wanting that "boom boom boom boom boom" overly bassy chavracer sound however. Tend to play a lot of rock music rather than anything else. What would be best, amping up the 6x9s? A sub + amp? Both? Please bare in mind I want to savour as much boot space as possible!

get a small fli sub and a amp, will not take up 2 much space and use the sub at a low level along with the 6xs, should sound good

Lose the 6*9s
get a good sub
get good front components
amplify the components and the sub.

sound deadening in the front with some decent components!

plus a 12" in the boot

may be leave the 6x9s out or try to put them in the rear quarters
