Missus has had it a couple of weeks & got a question...

Hi ya,

Thought I'd pick your brains with a question about the missus's newly aquired '03 1.4 SX K12.

At the front of the passenger side of the dash, where the screen meets the dash, there is a small rectangular piece of matching colour foam.

Is it meant to be there?

Thought it maybe something to do with the rain sensitive wipers & wanted to double check before ripping it out.

I'll get a picture over the weekend to aid you too.

I believe that the rain sensor is up behind the rear view mirror, you should be able to see a clear patch dead center in the blacked out portion of the screen from outside.:upside:

i dont have any foam on mine so im guessing it doesnt have to be there.

get a picture up asap
