Micras at crail

good on you lads.......

what times did you get and the turbo K11?

who won the race between the subaru and the k11 turbo?

scooby vs stani ... scooby won, by like 0.2 of a second, but still Fword :p AMAZIN!!!

stani was gettin 14s/15s i think, best i got was an early 18, pretty poor but still shagged a lupo/saxo n was a car length from the escort.

aye, stanis cars mental, he took me a run against a mr2 (old shape) n totaly smoked it. it feels mental sittin in it.!!!

got me inspired, goin 2 look at a 1300 after uni 2day, then research away on turbo manifolds ectect.

thats impressive from Stanis...

yours hasn't done bad for a 1.0. :)

bits are not hard to come by to turbo a car,
the main issue is money and how much your willing to spend..
cos its not really cheap, then look in the long run for maintenance etc.. its alot more than a n/a. :(

regards

yeh, i was happy with it, fun times anyway. :p and just seeing the turbo run against things and embarras them is more than enough inspiration.

Yeh i know that this wont be a cheap project but im not planning on it overnite, ill still run ma 1.0l while building the turbo. and spoke to stani about it and he gave me loads of advice.
and i have been saving money for a while so ive got a good enough budget to start with.

The maintenance will be hard but i want to learn about hands on tunning and the only way is to keep having problems to fix, :p so it wont be such a bad thing. and the feeling of smokin far bigger cars that have been bought straight from a dealer ,over something homemade in ma garage will be worth every we chuff up that happens.! lol.

"that is an absolute state of a subaru" yasss that is soo true lol , loving the boeing 747 wing hanging off that back of it though :p

xeleeeentttt!!!. , just back from my super S visit, the old man had just drove by so i spun round and started taking away to him. the cars perfect condition, 43000 miles, hes had it since 13000 and never went over 4000rpm. lol.

So hes gunna give me a fone mid april and then the turbo project can begin.

well chuffed!!! :D:D:D

do you know the times for any of them
also even the commentator is taking the rip out the spoiler on the scooby :D

Yes, hats off bud.

I was looking at your times on the Crail website and was impressed.

What you need to do now is master the launch.

Get some good tyres and with practice, you should be able to pull some 2.1 60ft's, resulting in very low 14's and maybe even push a high 13.

WELL DONE!!!
