Micra head

Does anyone know if the 1.3 micra head is different to the 1.0 head (exhaust ports etc) and is there any difference between the 1.0 automatic engine head and the manual engine head. Any help is appreciated.

no difference between the auto/manual head. would be a bit weird if there was a difference.

It's just the cams that are different. There's really very few differences between the engines
