Mad Electrics

We had the front cross-member replaced on the car recently and the wife has told me that she has trouble with the electrics but i've never seen the car do this so i haven't been able to look into this? There seems to be an intermittent fault that takes out the heater, heated rear window and front and rear wipers and washers? I've checked the wiring diagrams and i cant see a connection between the faults but i assume there must be an earthing problem of some sort even though i've checked all the earths on the circuit. I trust the guy who did the job and i've used him for years. I understand that with the nature of the job done it would be possible to easily crunch something but the chap says that he only removed the pump for the front wash/wipe?, i haven't messed yet to see if i can replicate the fault but does anyone have any ideas?, thanks in advance
