Long Term Fuel Trim

Should have known this would never last
After replacing the front O2 sensor with a Bosch one (0258005263) a few weeks ago, car seemed more sprightly and the fuel trim was steadily dropping. Pulled back up at home tonight and the lumpy idle is back, so plugged in to have a quick look and LTFT has climbed back up to +17% again. What should I try now? It's had three aftermarket MAFs and two front O2 sensors now. Not sure what else to try. Throttle body had it maybe? Can air leaks cause the LTFT to rise?
