Lighting ,indicator problem

Can anybody help with a problem on my 2012 1.2 petrol micra , the problem is when you turn the head lights on the right indicator an high beam come on ,? On side lights everything works correctly, car runs and drive’s perfectly

earth fault. check the earthing points under the bonnet.
