Left hand light cluster not working

Hi all! I recently finished replacing the engine in our old K reg Micra K11 1.0 16 valve. All up and running perfectly with no problems apart from one... Bizzarely, the left hand light cluster is not working. The indicator works but the sidelight, dipped beam and full beam do nothing at all. I've swapped the bulbs over to check that they work and they are all fine in the other cluster. All fuses are fine, everything is plugged in etc... Any ideas what could be causing this to happen?

the first step would be to check if there,s any power going to the h/lamp plug

Fuses may be ok, but i`ve heard through a lot of forums Micras have issues with damp or water ingress from the bottom of the fuse box as happened to mine. the metal fuseholder rots and also there are issues with contacts burning out. Give the fuseholder/box close scrutiny. My fuseholder was a right mess!
