Leak on the left side

Also I noticed a leak on the left hand side (battery side), what could it be?

Possibilties with the info you've given us:

- battery acid (if the battery was absolutely destroyed)
- transmission fluid (driveshaft seal)
- engine oil (rear main seal)
- engine coolant (bottom radiator hose, radiator or thermostat housing)

Your best bet at diagnosing the issue would be to get your own hands and knees dirty and have a look for yourself unfortunately.
