k12 1.0 2004 diffuser pulley?

A garage has told a customer this is at fault with her cars non running issue. The chain has been changed along with the tensioners. I dont think this part even exists. Anyone shed any light.

Maybe where is that located anything too do with timing and could it cause a non start?

its the vtec inlet cam sprocket thingy aint it mate

Sounds like a new one to me , They usually say they have changed the throttle valve and charge £80 when in fact all they have done is change a fuse or squirted WD40 on damp electrics .
