K11C (facelift) leccy windows problem

Both windows keep falling of the runners (two door) Temporarily fixed them knowing they will come of again which they now have. Problem is getting the parts, going 2nd hand i would imagine they are all going to be crap? Is this a servicable part as nothing actually looks worn

Seems to be a common problem this. I refitted mine by laying bit of double sided carpet tape across the runner, tap the window back into the runner and they should stay there. Also use some candle wax in the side runners to reduce friction.
