k11 van

ive been thinking about turning my k11 into a van, anyone thought or done this? i think its quite a good idea... just not to sure about how to go about doing this, any idea's or thoughts would be appreciated!

Weld up the rear windows, sort them flush, is it for show or functional purpose?

more for show mate, brother in laws keen for this to go on, got a few idea's for ply'ing out the back, fitting some clever storage places etc! just cant decide wether to do it

Body work is going to be the hardest bit tbh

not really mottymicra to do the rear side windows you could just cut a bit metal the same shape as the windows and fit it in place of them

yeh i thought the body work wouldnt be to tricky! just matching the paint as i have such an abnormal colour!

Belly it's getting the metal just right so it's properly formed not got any dimples/waves etc, then getting a good weld and filling and sanding etc, definately doable just time consuming with patience required!

You dont get what i mean if its a 3 door just cut the metal to the shape and size of the glass and smooth the edges and push it back in in the window seal
