There are two, one is on the dashboard near the bottom-right of the speedo and it is orange, the other is a red LED on your ECU - both do the same thing. MIL is typically used to troubleshoot NATS problems, but can also do diagnostics.
there is also an LED above the radio, this isn't a malfunction indicator. All that one does if flash once every few seconds when there are no keys in the ignition, when the keys are inserted it stops flashing. That one is only for theft protection, designed to look like an alarm.
