K11 compatible ecus

So I heard from a few people that you can install any nissan blue connector ecu into a k11 like a sr20 ecu which is unlocked I've looked and the connectors are the same will this work ??? One is a k11 ecu the other a sr20 so I'm guessing so

same plug but different pinouts and cas i believe, a ga16 one may be closer ?

I'll conduct a few tests I can get a few ga16 sr20 etc ecus from the scrap yard quite cheap so i update when they reopen next week

GA16 works but I still think they remain unsupported by Nistune. This may have changed however but, even if it were, it offers nothing over the K11 ECCS unit.

SR20 variant has been used before but requires re-wiring and additional hardware to function. You're still limited to Nistune unless you're trying to utilise a plug-n-play ECU replacement, such as an Apexi Power-FC, (which was done once).

Unless you manage to pick something up for easy money, it's a lot of work for minimal gain.
