K11 Bumper on E-bay!!!!

looks dodgy to me,

the image looks photochopped and it's comming from the neatherlands...

still it looks good :)

that image is from the original website where they sell them new, photochop yes, wouldnt buy it unless i saw a proper image

lol yea, looks like its sitting on coilovers 2... would look weird if the car wasnt slammed

looks #### and "chavved up" to be honest, lets be real people, trying to make a micra look like a big powerful car by putting a bumper on like that is like competing in the special olympics, even if you win..... ur still retarded.... with a micra its best to keep the mods subtle, go for the cruising look, not a boy racer look

That's just your opinion tho!!!! Everyone's different.

Agreed! And if you've got a turbo setup behind that, you can show off your intercooler with pride ;)

agreed everyone has different opinions..... it just seems silly, i know that my micra is my 1st car so its just a runaround till i can afford a better car, and i will never spend large amounts of money on things like a turbo conversion or £1500 bodykits

if i had that kind of money to spend i wud buy a better car lol

Define 'better'

They're reliable cars, quite comfy and handle well with a couple of changes! Ok they dont have the pace of a focus etc but far less likely to blow up!

Agree with u Arnold, nobody said u had to spend ££££'s on it!! And they're becoming classics anyway!!!!

in away i have and i havent spent alot on my K11, but that was my decision on spending the money. not on performance parts as such, but little changes that everybody can see :) and HEAR from my BOOT INSTALL lol.

BACK ON TOPIC THOUGH:
the bodykit is for a "nissan almera" or im sure it is! its been photoshoped onto a micra to show it off, but weather or not it actualy fits is another matter.
someone had emailed them before and it is a new bodykit, but that kit wasnt for the micra, i dont think.

napster

agreed with arnold on this one, micras a fun, reliable i mean most of the k11 super s models on here have 100K + on the clock !

you could say you are saving up for a more practical car like a focus or skoda estate.

I see what andalayyeehah is saying but you go as far as you can depending on the respect and love and understanding you have for your car, take kristian and dusk/k11 stew, both paid a few quid on fitting wide arch kits, I wouldn't pay that price but for what they have is a really good outcome.

The micra is a low value car so many people may just decide to keep the car as a 2nd or project car after the get a "better car".

WHEN I get my gen6 Celica I'm sure they'll be plenty of space for my micra on the drive still.

Feel the love of the micra!

here here - i'll always have room for a micra in my life - no matter what car i have!!

*GROUP HUG*

lol
JK

edit: on topic: not a fan of it!!

well, il use my car as an example, i paid £2000 for my W reg micra with 24K miles on the clock, FSH and mint condition, then lets say for the sake of it that the average amount spent on doing up a micra all in is about £4000 (and i mean if we talking posh bodykits, alloys, turbos and all the other stuff ive seen on here)

so for £6000 if u look on aotutrade3r u can go for the luxury(and i mean this as in not stripped out boy racer novas and stuff, things that are actualy nicely modded) modded rides like a 106 quicksilver show car, agreed not as fast as sum cars and it is french, but they are nice.

if you want summit fast, you can pick up a mazda RX7 for just over £6000 these days, or a honda CRX del-sol VTi show car, fully modified and "pimped" (so to speak) 160 BHP VTEC engine doing 0-60 in around 7-9 seconds

agreed the honda and mazda may well be high milega, but i know a person with a honda civic SiR and his car has done well over 100K and runs perfect coz honda engines last forever

for about £2000 alone (the price of my micra) ya can get a ford escort RS turbo, much faster, and if cared for the engines will last forever (gf's bro has one runs perfect)

i could go on all day naming cars which are better than micras, and i just think that spending silly amounts of money on a micra is a waste of time, coz at the end of the day its still a micra really

TBH no one wants to hear this, just cause you don't like your car doesn't mean you have to real off prices and BHP's, we all know what our cars do and enjoy them for what we are, no one is under the illusion we drive rocket ships!
And there's a good few people who are really into the challenge of seeing what they can got out of a micra.

If you do not like your car you're clearly on the wrong forum, we respect your opinion on it but this is a buy/sell thread and you're clearly trying to proove micra's are cr@p cars, please don't becuase you'll find yourself without any help here when you need it.

I agree with goldstar with this one, with me being the age that i am, 20 years over the average age of the club, i've had plenty of time to either own or drive a #### load of cars, from old vivas, minis and escorts to sierra cossies, scoobies, evos and a couple of porsches, but although some cars were faster or better handling or more comfortable, imo the micra is as good as any of them for its value for money, its ease to drive and its simplicity to work on, even one in a fairly high state of tune is useable on this countrys roads, and economical too, whereas the high performance/sports aren't. Ive owned micras now for about 3 years and can't see any reason to change just yet.
