K11 available - low mileage, but MOT fail

I've inherited an old family car - a green 1.3GX 5 door automatic. It was bought new in May 1996 and was used (very sparingly) by my mother for many years & then my older brother. Mileage is 24k. It has been garaged throughout its life but that has not prevented some rust taking hold & it was an MOT fail in November 2020 due to a rusty sill. My brother bought a new sill but sadly never got around to fitting it.

I'd rather not scrap it, but I need to clear the house for sale - so anyone interested please get in touch. It's in Lancashire, near Ormskirk.
