K11 AirCon - Need advice

Hey guys

Does anyone know anything about the K11 aircon or aircon in general? my k11 a/c compressor makes a horrible grinding noise regardless of off or on. The clutch doesnt engage either.

Id think the best thing is to replace the compressor, anyone know how this is done on the k11?

Rip it out mate, after all is it really worth carrying that extra weight around for the sake of a week or 2 you may use it?

Ha! good point. I like the novelty though, trying to save it before I trash it if you see what i mean. You should hear it though, deafening.
