just wondering where people get there boost? intercooler hoses from?

i want it to look ok ish to tho but if it comes it ill take that advice thanks frank , dont suppose you know the exact outlet diameter of the kp35 turbo i measure mine at roughly 30mm

I order ally pipe of ebay and bend it myself really cheap. About £30 max for 7 metres

ally pipes, silicone elbows and mikalor T-clamps from ebay.
selling my box full of em cos they're not suitable for prolonged high boost on trackdays, tended to pop apart,

so I welded up my own custom SS pipes which is alot better.

Cheers guys and next one is alot of the ebay intercoolers are 57mm exits but the outlet for the tuby is about 30mm would i be better off using a couple of reducers or have a custom one made?

Boosting into larger pipework makes your turbo work harder to fill the wider gap. Try and stick to a minimal size

Can't you use a radiator instead of an intercooler, it should have more favourable inlet and outlet diameters

Surely with the size of the radiator cores it would cause a restriction

Radiators are designed to send the water through each pipe to get maximum cooling effect on water.
Intercoolers use larger inner core pipes to allow air to flow faster. Thats why they're generally thicker too making em less resistant to flow
Though I have seen a heater matrix as an intercooler
