Intake Pipe model/number help

Recently I've noticed that the tube coming from what I believe to be the EGR valve, is leaking.
The culprit seems to be that main pipe, which comes after the air filter box.
I'm trying to identify that part number, however, haven't been lucky so far.

The model is a 2008 DCI.

Also, because of the leak, could this cause a P0400 error?
