How to remove dings and dents!

hi, i was wondering if anyone knows the easier way to get rid of a dent. some idiot just yesterday hit in to my k11 while it was parked and drove off!
he's hit the passenger side front pannel. ain't there a way for me to pull the dent out?!

pullout/ bang back as much as you can to original,filler and re spray,failing that breakers yard for 2nd hand, further to that you might even find an exact colour match!!??
