Think mine are getting a bit bouncy but despaired at thought of spending over £300 for Nissan ones grr. At work this morning, I found that a full set of K12 shocks from Koni is about £260, and they're adjustable (Y)!!!

I've got an electric impact wrench on the way and could borrow some spring compressors and I've been studying the service manual and is this basically it for the fronts (rears look dead easy):

Remove cowl and wipers.
Undo three nuts at top of strut
Disconnect ABS sensors
Undo two bolts on the steering knuckle
Remove entire unit
Compress the spring
Undo top nut
Remove top spring retaining assy
Remove spring
Reassemble with new shocker

Is that about right all you chaps who've done loads?

I was calling Will cheeeky Pete, not you. Good point though Will .

Very easy about 20 mins a corner :)
The hardest ones I ever did where my skyline ones as you have to dismantle the rear shelf

Peice of #### mate. You don't need to remove both wiper arms, just driver side one. The other one allows you abit of room to get the wrench in there.

the droppling link might be a #####. providing you got the correct tools, thats a peice of #### too. I also got nice camber on mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have to get some pics up. i just finished doing the front ones on mine.

i have to get some pics up.

Yes you blummin' do matey! I need the confidence boost to do this and the various comments above (and your pic's) have/would given me a real shot in the arm (Y).

Just to add, I'm expecting a Clarke corded impact wrench through the post any day. Nearly 500 ft/lbs of reverse torque for £59 delivered from Amazon (Y).

Pics as promised, sorry for car being dirty. will wash tomorrow.

Hope you like, even got some camber. will get better pics once i am out of work.

That's awesome, it looks slammed - is it or are my eyes playing tricks  ?

It's as slammed as I could go while still using it as a car that does over 500 miles a week. Can go more lower:glare:

Your car will look lush!

These are the ones i got.

cos of them i am now broke. (Y) You will be charged extra if using paypal:doh:

They are an awesome bit of kit. It realls does handle nice now. Completely eliminated body roll. Sticks like ####, abit of understeer at times, but i think if i get the smaller profile 16" on it will sort that out too.

Really think you boys should get this. Better traction when moving off too!
