How come there is no Cigar lighter in my car??

Whats all this about, I dont smoke but do use the power supply form the ciggy lighter, there is nothing there just a hole in the dash with a ciggy lighter lookalike blanking plug... so annoying, can I fit one or is it too difficult to do?

Someone bought the basic version well the one without the 'Smokers Package'
Because you now have to pay for the option to be able to light stuff in your new car from dealers.
Shouldn't be hard to wire one up though.
A few people have done it before.

Yeah they're pretty easy to wire in. Dealer prices for the parts might be expensive but a universal socket and some custom wiring would probably be your best bet.

with mine i pulled the cover off and wiring was already there just had to buy a lighter off ebay which was taken off another motor and plug it in. simple as that

that was with a k11 but im sure k12 is the same well youd think so as its obviously newer

is the 12v socket not there at the back
thats how it is in mine and my mums you take the blanking plug out and the 12v socket is still there built into the dash
i don`t think i`ve ever heard of a k12 without one there
