Guessing it's a heater resister card, our K11's had a couple burn out. This was when I was little though so I'll be damned if I know where it is. I think it's screwed into the heater box underneath the glovebox, above the passenger side footwell.

Check these front headlight plugs...... And also back light plugs too. It got to be headlight plugs cos its happen to me alot
