Help with brakes

I have 2 micras, SLX and SuperS, the SLX has great brakes and the SuperS hasn't.

I have looked at how much the brake presses into the servo, did this by looking at how much the brake pushes the sponge/cv boot looking thing inside the car.

The SLX doesn't have to push much for the brakes to work, the SuperS pushes loads, so much that the "sponge/cv boot looking thing" starts to invert and the pedal is to the floor.

I've had ago in another micra and the brakes are same as the SLX, as was my 1L.

I have bled the brakes and the pads are fine.

Please help

I'd be inclinded to swap over the whole Brake master cylinder/servo off your SLX, to your Super S. Then just re-bleed the brakes... as they will be full of air.

SLX has power steering so would need to disconnect some of that so it's a no go there, so would just get another.

How easy of a job is it?

Quite a straight forward job. I fitted a whole new Servo/master cylinder on my Skyline in just under an hour... with bleeding all of the brakes properly. :)
