Help seat belt problem

right i took my back seat belts off when i striped car out i went to put them back in now they wont slacking off locket on wont give any slack any ideas?

are the on the right sides, you havent got them mixed around or owt?

thats what i thought, its the only thing i can think of.

you have to get them dead vertical else they wont release !

they have a locating peg to ensure they are the right way up dont they ?

was just about to post the same as frank...however i found dead centre\same angle of the mounting points works...easiest way is to keep trying the belt as you slowly rotate them they'll eventually move.

yeh there was a little pin that i twisted if im right which allows the seat belt to come right out once in position just flip it back around
