Help Needed Girlfriendss Micra(2003) failed MOT

New to the area and Went to a new MOT centre and they failed her car on the following things:

Offside stop lamp not working
Registration plate bulb not working
Nearside track rod end ball joint has excessive play
Offside track rod end ball joint has excessive play
Offside front suspension arm has excessive play in a ball joint
Nearside rear tyre tread depth below requirements

As she had been told this centre only did mots and not repairs they failed the car on the above and then quoted over £200 to get the work done on top of the £48 for the failed test.So was in there interests to fail it if they felt we would get the work done wih them.Does this sound reasonable or excessive?
The bulbs and tyre we can fix ourselves but not sure about the other jobs, does anyone have a rough costing of what each job should cost so i can shop around for the best deal.

Thanks

Not sure about the track rod ends and suspension arm mate the bulbs i can tell you already i doubt it is the bulbs as both them bulbs are on the same fuse under the passenger headlight 10amp mini blade fuse
i take it the 200 was including a new tyre in which case if they include a free or reduced retest i would go for it as for two new tyres on my k12 it nearly came to 200 hope this helps you
pete :)
