I have a 98 1.3GX Micra and an ongoing problem with the headlights. I have posted on here before with limited success, which has not been a problem as I have been using my 94 1.0l Micra.
The issue is that they did work perfectly, but after removing and refitting to fit a gearbox there were some intermitant problems with one side or the other not working, neither headlight now works! Both the sidelights and the flasher work. I have replaced the switch with a new one and checked the fuses/fuse box rear, bulb sockets, which are all fine.
I cannot find a relay as there is with my 94, which is also missing from the parts list I have too. This is really baffling and I do not know where to go. My Haynes manual is of little use and the wiring diagram only partial, so I am struggling. I have put a lot of time if not money into getting a nice Micra together, but I am now failing with what must be a simple problem. Help!
