Head gasket dowells

Hi

i have got to the stage of fitting the head gasket on the ST now, i am wondering if anyine remembers how many of the round dowells there were that hold the gasket in place while the head is fitted, I have two but there seem to be four holes for them, so i may have missed two! no new ones came with the head set so i have to reuse the old ones :S if i am missing some i may have a problem!

again does anyone know how many dowells there are supposed to be (or know what i mean?)

i dont think they are needed, im pretty sure they are just to locate the head on properly. there are only 2 on k11's

theres only 2 on an ma12, couldnt tell you which ones tho, i know they were opposite one a another
