Head Disassembly

I've got a spare ma12 head that I've been using to mock stuff up on......I'm pretty much at a stand still till next month (payday ). I've never dismantled a head before and thought I'd give it a go and give it a extensive clean up
Is there a guide of how to do this, anything I should be careful off? Just general tips on taking it apart and rebuilding it

You can bounce the collets out with a socket ontop of the spring to make it easier to strip if you want to neil, with a ball of rag under the valve heads, and a sharp tap with a hammer ontop of the socket

Cool, what about when it comes to rebuilding? Does the cam have to be in a certain position, torque settings and all that jazz?

you can manually push the springs down on cg,s , i forget how strong k10 ones are (maybe need a compressor ?) and there,s a k10 pdf manual about iirc mate
