gears crunching

can anyone tell me why when i put my car into reverse it crunches all of the time? Also does anyone know of any nice seats that bolt straight in im fed up of the flat deckchairs that are in there now!!! cheers guys

Super S seats - they have a fair bit more side bolstering than the LX and SLX seats.

Reverse does not have a synchro - hence the grinding. You may also need ot have the clutch adjusted if you also struggle to get it into reverse sometimes.

Yeah clutch adjustment I'd say. It shouldn't crunch all that often if the clutch is ok. But still does from time to time. They are pretty good though.
