I've been having problems recently with my K11. There's a constant weird noise in the background all the time. The noise sounds as if I'm driving in the wrong gear, and sounds a bit knackered, if that makes any sense?
I can select all of the gears without a problem, and gear changes are smooth. Other than the noise, there doesn't seem to be any problems with the car. I haven't noticed any problems with the clutch.
I took the car to a garage today, and they seemed to think it was a gearbox problem. The mechanic who looked at it had gone home though, so I don't know any more than that.
I'll find out more on Monday, but in the meantime, I was wondering if anyone else had encountered a similar problem? Is it going to cost a fortune to fix? Will it be worth fixing?
