Gear Box Rebuild

My gear box has that whine sound and while not bad it still annoys me to the point I am thinking of rebuilding it. Theres no point buying a 2nd hand box since most will have higher km's on them and properly still whine so I will get mine rebuilt. I want to buy all the parts needed and then take it to my local mech to fix so what parts are needed to rebuild the box? I figure the bearings are the culprit so ill get them but what eles? Thanks.

have you tried adding one of nulons additives to your fluid? (and probably swapping in new fluid?) worth trying cause its allot cheaper and easyer! it fixed my gbox whine a couple of years ago and its still going strong.
