ga16 conversion

With the CG injectors and throttle body, I don't see why not. You would need to retard the timing a fair bit though, CG runs way more static advance than GA runs (15 btdc for CG vs 10 btdc for GA)
 
don't look like i'll be doing it, im not paying over the odds for a engine

all engines are bare no manifolds etc and are miles away
 
Power from an engine is dependant on the fuel and spark maps. If you run a 100hp engine on a 75hp map, you won't get 100hp. And carbed GA16's were 90hp.
 
And carbed GA16's were 95hp.

Not sure why carb'd engines needing mentioning in a post about maps, yet they can produce more power NA than a DE

And if 85hp is your expected output the DS would've been a better swap to have done. 10 more hp
