Fitting new Clutch to K10 ?

I have a Clutch Kit to fit on my K10 and wonder how LITTLE of the
Transmission Gear it is possible to get away with removing beforehand ( as advised by Hayne's Manual ). Also should appreciate any tips, or thing to avoid, from someone who has done this before. Many thanks. Rod.

Well the gearbox definitly has to come off, so that means removing the drive shafts & gear stick linkage.

If your working through the engine bay, remove the battery and the dizzy (remember to mark what angle its at before removing it).

befor u do that their is a drange plug under the gearbox thake that out and put somthing under the plug 2 catch the oil in

you will finsih it in 4-5 hours. i have done it last week

Its better if you you change the "simmering" (sorry don't kow the english word" too...

They are oft reason for problems in the k10...
