Looks i've got myself a Manifold for my Micra, how easy are these to fit, my dad is an ex mech, but says its too much work...lol

your dad is making excuses then :p You either need to remove that plate at the front of the engine bay, which I didn't do, Or, you need to move the alternator so you can fit the manifold on and then put the alternator back.

Unless you've got it 2nd hand it's all stuck together, it's much easier in 3 pieces

i found it easier to remove the plate, its a splash guard i think, i just left it off. Its about 14 nuts i think, easy to do, Last time did one took me around 30 mins. but its much easier when nothing is rusted up or siezed.

I had to angle grind the nuts off the cat.

You'll need to do it on ramps, make sure you have all necessary gaskets available, and make sure you have a torque wrench available.
