Fitting alloys to my K11

Hey guys, I just bought a 1995 micra K11, and I want to stick some alloys on it, but the only problems is that it doesn't have power steering. If I put 6 inch profile alloys on my car, will it make it undrivable? or should i fit a power steering pump?

You'll be fine, I had 7" wheels without problems.. in fact a lot of people have had 7"+ wheels without issues

Tyres make the difference more than wheel width, that and the wheel offset. Lower offset pushes the wheels further out and can make the steering heavier. That said, I'm running 185 wheels and found little difference in steering weight to the 155's I was running before.
