Failed MOT today... I have a big list with problems

Hey,
I just wanted to let you know: my car failed the German TÜV today.
I got a big list to do:
- rust on 2 spots
- rear brakes are worn
- 1 light needs to be replaced
- my suspension isn't street legal yet
- my tyres need to be 155/70 r13 (I have 155/80 r13)
- my steeringwheel is not allowed with this tyres
- one tyre is damaged (I think this doesn't matter anymore )
- rearlightswitch is not working (I am not happy to replace this... I hate gearboxoil)

I have 4 weeks now to sort this all out. This will be fun -.-

Wow, and we complain about our MOTs being strict, requiring you to have a specific tyre size is another level of strict!

Standard tyres then....
what if standard tyres like 155/70 were on 7" wide wheels would that fail? fwn
