My k11 1.0 has an extremely stiff cable, I've check d the return spring which isn't heavy, I then pulled the cable that the pedal is attached to and the cable is very difficult to pull. So I took the air cleaner box off, and pulled the cable that's exposed and the cable is easy to pull and pully rotates easy and freely. So the cable between the pedal and the pull is extremely stiff, to the point that you think the your reving it and your not and I'm yet to find someone even mechanics that don constantly stall.
