Boredom got the better of me tonight so i decided to have a go at making up a replacement for the very poor standard exhaust on my road going k11. Donor manifold is Toyota corolla 1.4 vvti , the port spacings are not too far out. The beauty of this is it still looks pretty standard (once i tidy the flange/welds up properly) and should hopefully make a small difference at least. The spring loaded bottom joint should help keep the system in 1 peice. Before anybody says it, i still have to put in the lambda boss but couldnt find one at home this evening
