Driver Side wishbone replacing.

Hi guys,

Quick questions, I took my car for MOT today, the mechanic told me that the driver side wishbone has bit of movement and Its better to replace it few months down the line.

My question is... Would it be better to replace the whole wishbone or try to get the wishbone bush replaced?

Finally.. Is it too hard to tackle the job with bit of experience?

You can replace the bushes, but you'll need a ball joint separator and muscle.
Easier, and probably cheaper in the long run, to replace the whole arm

It is tricky but not impossible to do on your own, my dad decided not to follow the Haynes manual for one but did on the other and it took less than half the time
