Do these dashboard lights normal?

Just switched on the ignition and for peace of mind wondered if all these are normal?

Do they turn off when the engine has started?

Yup. Normal. The computers are all the same, irrespective of wether the vehicle has the specific stuff fitted. So it self tests and checks that all the lights work, then switches off and only the relevant lights are active. As long as they dont light up while driving you are ok.

If all the lights go out when you start the engine its Normal all though i have never seen a red malfunction warning light bottom right
in your pic Must be a DCI micra,

If it does come on you have water in fuel filter
