Dim/DIP box

Anyone know where I can find the Dim/Dip box for a RHD Micra K11? I expected it to be underneath the steering column cowling (everybody says so) but nowhere to be seen. Problem is that the Blue Headlamp indicator is always on (dip or beam) and the right and left headlights (Dip/Beam) operate in reverse. Any thoughts would be appreciated (I have searched for this topic without sucess - I'm sure it has been discussed before!)

You have to take the fuse cover off mate and look up there, its got 2 plugs in
