I'm currently working on my brothers K11 Micra, I'm reasonably mechanically minded but have had an issue I've never come across before
Basically the CV joints were knackered so I swapped the driveshafts but they don't seem to connect into the diff.
I didn't check when I removed the old driveshafts but there doesn't seem to be anything for the end to fit (the ridged end).
I left the car temporarily to get some food and I think he attempted to start it (in gear and with no driveshafts)
I assume that has forced the connection into the housing, is it easy to fix myself or is it a gearbox swap job?
