Davys 1.0L Sport Project

Well, as I've been lurking on here for almost 3 years I best make a blog about my beloved 2001 K11 1.0L Micra Sport.

I'm very active on the Facebook page so you've probably seen me posting my beauty :')

Dubbed "The General" , she is my second car after my amazing K10 (below) gave up the ghost :'(

She's now getting to the point where this is her last winter before I start work on her and I don't want her going the same way as my K10.

An overview of what I want to do is:
- Engine Fix/Engine swap with a turbo (1.3 or 1.4)
- Coilovers
- 14/15 inch alloys
- Sound deadening
- Underseal
- Fresh Respray (NATO Green)
- Body Strengthening
- Cat Back System
- Bigger Battery/Alternator
- New Badges (Took them off and lost them)
- Mono Steering Wheel
- Flocked Dash
- Splitter
- Nismo Spoiler
- Rally Style Driver & Passenger Windows
- Rear Window Tint
- Shark Mouth
- LED Bar in Bottom Front Grill
- Rear Disc Break Conversion
- And Many Other Thing's

I'll add to the list as time goes on as there's more

I'm planning on this taking 5 years as I have a baby on the way so time and money will be tight but 100% worth it!! So I'll be storing and working on her at my Dad's with him.

I aim to keep this blog going from now till she's finished and beyond.

So looked underneath The General today and was surprised to see that she was fairly clean

Just a few bits that I'm slightly worried about on the drivers side rear arch

At least my sills are solid so worst case will be a bit of metal replacing

Putting a Micra this high is petrifying so hopefully this will be the last time she's this high
