cvt gear knob replacement

first of all: how to dismount the cvt gear lever? what do you find under the plastic lever? a metal rod? and how does it work?

maybe i can better understand if someone has pics:grinning:

then it is possible to replace the original knob with another one? in particular, you can fit only universal things like these

im really not sure how would you fit those. I got my old leather one if you interested. looks much better then the plastic one. I could get pics up tomorrow

thanks, but maybe it has the button on the wrong side, for me.... why don't you drive on the right (in both senses) side? XD
